Many changes introduced

The parser was completely rewritten and new options were added. The entrypoint was modified from bulkrequest to bulkrequests. Options summarize, verbose and progress were removed. Option debug was added, replacing the previous verbose behavior. Also quiet option was added, replacing de summarize behavior when used. In the usual case the program would show the advance. New documentation was added.
